5. Warranty Claims Process

Document the Issue
Take photos of the defective product, retain original packaging, and preserve any evidence of the manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Receive Claim Authorization
We'll provide a warranty claim number and specific instructions for product return or replacement, including prepaid shipping labels if required.
Resolution
Approved claims receive free replacement product or full refund. Most warranty claims are resolved within 3-5 business days of receiving the defective product.
6. Proper Handling Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, products must be handled according to industry standards:
- Store cylinders upright in temperatures below 125°F (52°C)
- Keep cylinders away from heat sources and direct sunlight
- Secure cylinders to prevent falling or damage
- Use appropriate tools and connections for your application
- Follow all EPA handling and disposal regulations

Our warranty coverage transfers with the product:
