DeskCodes is an EPA Section 608 certified supplier of refrigerants and cooling solutions. Our services include:

3. Orders and Payment

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 2 PM EST.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and approved business accounts. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Order Confirmation

You will receive email confirmation of your order and tracking information once shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide via UPS Ground and expedited services. Due to hazmat regulations, refrigerants must ship via ground transportation.

• Same-day processing for orders before 2 PM EST
• Tracking information provided for all shipments
• Delivery times vary by location and service level

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused products. Due to safety regulations, opened refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned.

• Products must be in original condition
• Return shipping costs apply unless due to our error
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. Product Warranty

We guarantee 99.9% purity on all refrigerants and provide certificates of analysis. Products are warranted against defects in materials under normal use and storage conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeskCodes' liability is limited to the purchase price of products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Privacy and Data

We protect your personal information and use it only for order processing, shipping, and customer service. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

9. Compliance

Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding refrigerant purchase, use, and disposal.
